This turtle-shaped hot/cold pack provides simple, reusable therapy. Filled with water, glycerin, and sodium polyacrylate beads, it can be microwaved for warm relief or frozen for cold application. The PVC pouch is easy to clean with mild soap and water, and use instructions are printed directly on the item.
