Description

This 16" x 24" golf towel is woven from yarn-dyed, ring-spun cotton loop terry, a construction that puts the color into the yarn itself rather than printing it on the surface. The loop pile gives the towel the texture to wipe club faces and hands through a round.

Your logo is woven directly into the loops as an Embroidery — Woven Patch emblem, so the mark becomes part of the towel's surface instead of sitting on top of it. A hook and grommet at the corner let the towel hang from a bag or cart from the first tee to the 18th green.

The towel is made in the USA and runs 4.0 lbs. per dozen, which keeps a case light for shipping and storage between events.

Decoration & Imprint

1 method

Your logo is woven directly into the loops of the jacquard terry as an Embroidery — Woven Patch emblem, a flat fabric emblem with solid woven color and crisp, sharp-edged detail. The tight flat weave holds fine lines and small lettering, and tones stay separate with no fades between them.

A woven patch is a fabric emblem formed by weaving fine dyed threads together to build the design, then finishing it with a sewn or heat-bonded border. Threads lie flat and tight — no raised pile — giving a smooth, low-profile surface. Color reads as solid fields of dyed thread woven directly into the cloth, with crisp, hard edges between tones. The finished patch has a structured, durable feel and sits as a distinct bordered emblem.

From our decoration and product guides

What does an embroidered logo look like?
Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. More about Embroidery →
What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
