Aurora™ Taddle Toes plush toys feature oversized feet and adorably round heads and bodies. Their round midsections give them sturdy bases, so they sit upright with feet front and center. Each toy measures 9" to 9.5" and includes a T-shirt or bandana.

The included T-shirt or bandana provides a canvas for sublimation, a full-color method that fuses dye into the fabric for a smooth, durable image. This makes them ideal for event giveaways or seasonal promotions.

Your logo is sublimated onto the included T-shirt or bandana, with dye fused into the fabric for a smooth, full-color image. For best results, use full-color or gradient artwork that benefits from seamless coverage.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Full Color Sublimation uses heat to convert solid dye into a gas that fuses directly into the material — not applied as a surface layer. The result is completely smooth, with no hand or texture, and reproduces photographic artwork with crisp detail and seamless gradients. Because the dye is embedded rather than sitting on the surface, the mark stays fade-resistant for the life of the item.
