The Surfrider Malibu is a pair of sunglasses with an ABS plastic frame and PMMA lenses rated UV400, which filters 100% of UVA and UVB rays. The frame is molded in black, navy blue, or white, so the pair can be matched to a program's palette or handed out as-is.
Screen printing puts your artwork on the frame in opaque spot colors, holding clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering. Because each color prints as a flat solid layer, the imprint suits bold logos and simple text rather than gradients or photographic detail.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
