Description
The Sunbeam Gel-Glide Pen is a click-action gel pen built around a pearlized barrel, with a colorful O-ring rubber grip and chrome accents on the tip and pierced clip. Gel-Glide ink lays down smooth, consistent lines, and a removable wax tip seals the ink to prolong its shelf life before the pen is first used.
The barrel is the branding surface: screen printing pushes opaque spot-color ink through a mesh stencil, so solid shapes and simple lettering hold clean edges right on the material. The pen comes in four accent colors — blue, green, grey, and red — so a single order can cover a varied recipient pool.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
