This cooler backpack is made from a combination of 50C tarpaulin, 210D PU, and PE foam, lined with 12C gray PEVA. The materials resist water, punctures, mildew, and UV rays, so the pack holds up to repeated use at tailgates, job sites, and outdoor events.

Screen printing lays opaque ink directly on the surface for bold, spot-color artwork, while embroidery adds a raised, textured stitch for a dimensional finish. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
