Decoration & Imprint
2 methods
Your artwork is sublimated edge-to-edge across the front of the tote, fusing dye directly into the material for a smooth, full-color imprint with no raised texture. For bold spot-color designs, screen printing is also available, laying crisp, opaque ink on top of the surface.
SublimationFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $55.00
Full Color Sublimation uses heat to convert solid dye into a gas that fuses directly into the material — not applied as a surface layer. The result is completely smooth, with no hand or texture, and reproduces photographic artwork with crisp detail and seamless gradients. Because the dye is embedded rather than sitting on the surface, the mark stays fade-resistant for the life of the item.
Screen PrintFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $55.00
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does full-color sublimation look like?
- Sublimation uses heat to turn solid dye into a gas that fuses directly into the material, rather than sitting on the surface as a layer. The result is completely smooth, with no texture you can feel, and reproduces photographic artwork with crisp detail and seamless gradients across the whole decoration area. Because the dye is embedded, the image stays fade-resistant for the life of the item. More about Full Color Sublimation →
- Is sublimation a good choice for a single-color logo?
- Usually not. Sublimation renders color as a close process simulation, so a flat, solid brand color or an exact Pantone match is approximated rather than reproduced. It shines when the artwork is full-color, photographic or gradient-heavy and needs to wash edge to edge across the surface. For a solid spot-color logo choose screen print or pad print. - What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
