The Stay Sharp Mechanical Pencil combines a classic pencil look with the convenience of a plunger-action mechanism. Its translucent ABS plastic barrel lets you see the 0.5 mm lead supply, so you always know when a refill is needed. The pencil comes with one piece of lead, ready for immediate use.
Your logo is screen printed directly onto the barrel, creating a crisp, opaque imprint that stands up to daily handling. The smooth plastic surface provides a clean canvas for bold spot-color artwork and simple lettering.

Your logo is screen printed onto the barrel of the pencil. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh stencil, leaving crisp, opaque color artwork that sits on the surface — ideal for bold spot-color designs and simple lettering.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
