Fabric and Construction
This Stanley/Stella Freestyler tee is knit from 100% organic cotton in a 7.1-ounce (240 GSM) heavyweight fabric. The relaxed fit provides extra ease of movement, while the double-needle stitching at the neck, sleeves, and hem adds durability. A self-fabric back neck tape and 1x1 rib knit cuffs complete the construction.
Natural Raw Finish
The Natural Raw finish uses uncleaned carded fibers with minimal processing, giving the fabric a natural look and feel. Some surface pilling may occur, which is normal and won't affect the quality. The tear-away label is made from 100% recycled polyester for easy removal.
Customization Options
Your logo can be applied via screen printing or embroidery. Screen printing is ideal for bold spot-color artwork, while embroidery adds a raised, textured finish. Both methods are suitable for this heavyweight cotton tee.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
