What does full-color sublimation look like?

Sublimation uses heat to turn solid dye into a gas that fuses directly into the material, rather than sitting on the surface as a layer. The result is completely smooth, with no texture you can feel, and reproduces photographic artwork with crisp detail and seamless gradients across the whole decoration area. Is sublimation a good choice for a single-color logo?

Usually not. Sublimation renders color as a close process simulation, so a flat, solid brand color or an exact Pantone match is approximated rather than reproduced. It shines when the artwork is full-color, photographic or gradient-heavy and needs to wash edge to edge across the surface. For a solid spot-color logo choose screen print or pad print. Where are your products made?

The Origin row in each product's Specifications states where the item is manufactured: it reads Made in a named country for US, Canadian, UK, Swiss and European origins, and Imported, decorated in USA when the blank comes from elsewhere and is decorated domestically.
