Your imprint is placed on the front face of the cube, where it's easily visible. Screen printing applies crisp, opaque ink directly onto the fabric, while heat transfer bonds a smooth, flexible layer that moves with the material. For bold spot-color artwork, screen printing delivers strong coverage; for a low-profile mark that flexes, heat transfer is the better choice.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
