- Pricing falls with quantity: 25–49 pieces $18.19 each, 50–99 pieces $17.57 each, 100–199 pieces $16.98 each, 200–5,000 pieces $16.17 each. Prices are per unit, imprint included — one-time setup charged separately.
- Is there a setup charge?
- Yes — a one-time setup charge of $60.00 per order. The imprint itself is included in the unit price.
- How long does production take?
- Production takes 5 business days after proof approval; a free digital proof is e-mailed within 24 hours of receiving artwork.

- Are custom drinkware items dishwasher safe?
- It depends on the material and the decoration. The product page lists care instructions in Specifications whenever the manufacturer states them. Where dishwasher safety is not stated, hand-wash: it protects the imprint and, on insulated tumblers and bottles, the vacuum seal.
