Description
The Sport-Tek Sport-Wick Stretch 1/4-Zip Colorblock Pullover is built from 6.8-ounce, 90/10 polyester/spandex jersey with a soft-brushed hand. Spandex gives the fabric its stretch, while a moisture-wicking finish moves perspiration away from the skin — useful across a range of activity levels and body types.
Colorblock splices and 100% polyester closed-hole mesh insets add contrast and texture to the body. A cadet collar, contrast-color reverse coil zipper, open cuffs and hem, and dyed-to-match Sport-Tek logo neck taping finish the piece, and a tag-free label keeps the neckline smooth.
Your artwork can be applied through Direct to Film, Screen Print — Dark Colors, or Embroidery, giving you a choice of full-color, bold spot-color, or stitched decoration on the front of the pullover.

Decoration & Imprint
4 methods
Your imprint lands on the front of the pullover. Direct to Film presses full-color artwork onto the fabric as a flexible bonded layer; Screen Print — Dark Colors lays down crisp, opaque spot-color ink; Embroidery stitches your design in colored thread for a raised, textured mark. Choose Direct to Film for photographic or gradient artwork, Screen Print — Dark Colors for bold solid shapes and simple lettering, and Embroidery for logos built from bold, solid shapes.
Screen Print — Dark Colors1 color/location included · one-time setup $30.00 · Up to 8 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Embroideryone-time setup $35.00 · Full color
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Direct to Filmno setup charge · Full color
Direct-to-film printing lays CMYK ink and a white underbase onto a PET film, then heat-presses the image onto the garment as a flexible bonded layer, with no fabric pre-treatment. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork; the white base carries color on dark cloth. Color lands close to brand references as a process blend, with a smooth, slightly filmic hand.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
- Which artwork works best for screen printing?
- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
