The Sport-Tek Sport-Wick Flex Fleece 1/4-Zip is a lightweight quarter-zip pullover built from a 7.4-ounce poly/rayon/spandex knit. The blend gives the fleece stretch and a cotton hand, while the Sport-Wick fabric wicks moisture to keep the wearer comfortable through activity. A cadet collar and self-fabric cuffs and hem finish the silhouette, and a tear-away removable label sits smooth against the neck.
Customization runs across three methods. Direct to Film presses full-color artwork onto the fabric as a durable, flexible bonded layer, holding gradients and photographic imagery. Embroidery stitches your design in colored thread for a raised, textured mark. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade.
