Sport-Tek's PosiCharge Competitor Tee is a lightweight, breathable long-sleeve shirt made from 100% polyester interlock. The PosiCharge technology locks in color and prevents logos from fading, while the moisture-wicking finish pulls sweat away from the body to keep you dry during activity.
Comfort and Fit
The tee features a removable tag for comfort and easy relabeling, and set-in sleeves provide a roomy, athletic fit. Available in sizes XS through 4XL, it suits a wide range of body types.
Decoration-Ready
This shirt is ready for your branding. Screen printing and embroidery both produce crisp, durable results on the polyester surface. Note that sublimation requires high heat, so sample testing by color is recommended before production.

Screen Print — Dark Colors applies ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque artwork, while Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric for a raised, textured finish. For bold spot-color logos, screen printing is ideal; for a dimensional, stitched look, choose embroidery.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
