This Sport-Tek long sleeve tee is made from 100% polyester interlock and is moisture-wicking. PosiCharge technology locks in color and prevents logos from fading. It has set-in sleeves and a removable tag for comfort and relabeling.
Because sublimation requires extreme heat, consult your decorator, and sample testing the product by color before production is highly recommended.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
