The Soothe-It Ice/Heat Pack is a gel-filled pack that delivers cold or heat therapy to ease aches and pains. Freeze it for 2-3 hours for cold therapy, or submerge it in hot water for up to five minutes for quick heat relief. Its soft, pliable PVC shell conforms to the injured area, providing targeted comfort.
