The Solo New York Metropolitan backpack is constructed from rugged 1680D polyester and 300D dobby materials, offering a durable exterior that stands up to everyday commutes and travel. The ergonomic backside and straps are fully padded with air-mesh, providing comfort during extended wear.
Organized Storage
Inside, a zippered center compartment with a file divider and a padded section holds a 15.6" laptop securely. A zippered compartment with organizers and three pen loops keeps smaller items tidy, while a fully-lined zippered front pocket and two zippered side pockets offer additional storage. A zippered valuables/media player pocket with pass-through headphone port keeps essentials accessible.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patchone-time setup $100.00
Artwork is laser-etched into a leather or metallic-foil patch, which is then attached to the product with heat and pressure. The decoration reads as a dimensional branded patch — the etched mark is the natural tone of the patch material rather than printed ink, so the look comes from the patch color and texture, not from customer-selected imprint colors.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
