Key Facts
- European emery paper on wood veneer — abrasive surface bonded to a wood backing

- Stock soda can shape — one of many stock shapes available
Description
The Soda Can Emery Board is a flat, lightweight nail file built from European emery paper laminated to wood veneer. Its soda can silhouette comes from a stock shape, so the board reads as a recognizable object rather than a plain strip of abrasive paper.
Because the board is thin and light, it slips easily into a mail piece or an employee care kit without adding bulk. The emery surface handles everyday nail filing, and the wood veneer backing gives the board enough body to stay flat in a drawer or bag.
Digital Print applies CMYK ink in a single pass, reproducing photographic imagery, gradients, and fine multi-color detail as a flat image on the board's face. The result is a full-color imprint that carries your artwork across the full 3.50" L x 1.17" H imprint area.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your artwork is digitally printed across the face of the emery board, within the 3.50" L x 1.17" H imprint area. Digital Print applies CMYK ink in one pass, so photographic imagery, gradients, and fine multi-color detail reproduce as a flat image.
Digital PrintFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $55.00
Digital printing sends artwork straight from file to the item — no plates or per-color screens — laying all colors down in a single pass. It carries photographs, gradients, drop shadows, and dense multi-color artwork at high resolution, reading as a flat image on the surface. A specific brand color is rendered as a close full-color process simulation rather than an exact spot ink, and on colored items the substrate shifts the appearance.

From our decoration and product guides
- What is digital full-color printing?
- Digital printing sends the artwork straight from file to the item with no plates or per-color screens, laying every color down in a single pass. It carries photographs, gradients, drop shadows and dense multi-color artwork at high resolution, reading as a flat image on the surface, and holds fine detail and small type cleanly. More about Full Color →
- Does digital printing match Pantone colors exactly?
- A specific brand color is rendered as a close full-color process simulation rather than an exact spot ink, and on colored items the substrate shifts the appearance. Digital printing is the right choice when the artwork is photographic, has gradients or carries more colors than clean solids can capture. When a brand color must reproduce as an exact, edge-to-edge solid, choose screen print. More about Full Color →
- How does rush production work at Promotion Pros?
- Your deadline is the production clock. When you order rush, the countdown starts the moment you check out with print-ready artwork, not after a digital proof is approved. Most suppliers will not start the clock until a proof is signed off, which quietly adds days to a fast-turn promise; a rush order goes to production immediately, so the turnaround you pick is the turnaround you get.
