How much does it cost per unit?
Pricing falls with quantity: 250–499 pieces $0.94 each, 500–999 pieces $0.91 each, 1,000–2,499 pieces $0.88 each, 2,500–5,000 pieces $0.84 each. Prices are per unit, imprint included — one-time setup charged separately.
Is there a setup charge?
Yes — a one-time setup charge of $45.00 per order. The imprint itself is included in the unit price.
How long does production take?
Production takes 3 business days after proof approval; a free digital proof is e-mailed within 24 hours of receiving artwork.

Are custom drinkware items dishwasher safe?
It depends on the material and the decoration. The product page lists care instructions in Specifications whenever the manufacturer states them. Where dishwasher safety is not stated, hand-wash: it protects the imprint and, on insulated tumblers and bottles, the vacuum seal. Where are your products made?
The Origin row in each product's Specifications states where the item is manufactured: it reads Made in a named country for US, Canadian, UK, Swiss and European origins, and Imported, decorated in USA when the blank comes from elsewhere and is decorated domestically.
