The board measures 11" x 8-3/4" x 1/2" and includes a postcard-inspired state tag.
The flat grain bamboo's laser-etched side works as a serving platter, and the reverse smooth side is a cutting surface that is friendly on knives. Hand wash only. The board is made from durable, renewable Moso bamboo, which grows quickly without clear cutting, irrigation or replanting.
