Description
This JAFFA® coaster set pairs six leather coasters with a solid cherry chest. The coasters are cork backed, so the cork layer cushions the surface beneath them, and the leather is urethane coated to resist staining through repeated use. Choose brass-plated or zinc finish for the trim.
The chest is made from solid cherry, and each piece is made of a naturally occurring material, so slight variations may be present. A matching custom crafted medallion can be added for a coordinated look across the chest and the coasters.

Your artwork is applied to the coaster surface and the chest face, with the same medallion able to carry across both. Screen Print suits bold spot-color artwork and solid shapes, Laser suits single-tone logos and fine line work, Deboss suits bold simple logos where a tactile recessed impression carries the branding, Foil Stamp suits clean logos and bold typographic marks wanting a reflective metallic finish, and Full Color suits photographic or many-color artwork.
Screen PrintPMS1 color/location included · no setup charge · Up to 1 color
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Laser1 location included · no setup charge
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
Full ColorPMSno setup charge · Full color
The supplier lists this decoration only as full color, so the one thing it establishes is coloration: the artwork carries as many colors as it needs — photographs, gradients, blends, and dense multi-color detail — rather than a counted set of solid inks, and there is no color count to choose. How the color reaches the item (direct print, transfer, decal, or sublimation) is the supplier's choice for this product and is not stated in their data, so surface feel, finish, and durability follow that process rather than this label.
Debossno setup charge
Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.
Foil StampPMSno setup charge · 1 color
Foil stamping (hot stamping) presses a thin metallic foil onto the surface with a heated metal die, bonding it where the die makes contact and leaving a shallow pressed-in impression. The mark reads as a single reflective metallic tone: it throws light at some angles and darkens to an outline of itself at others, giving the logo depth against the base. Solid shapes and bold lettering hold cleanly; very fine lines and small text can soften as the foil seats under pressure.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
- Which artwork works best for screen printing?
- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
