Description
The Shelf Stable Party Starter is a charcuterie gift set built around a bamboo serving board and a meat and cheese cleaver. It includes two 7-ounce Wisconsin cheeses, Swiss and mild pepper, along with 5-ounce beef summer sausage, 5-ounce milk chocolate almonds, 5-ounce deluxe mixed nuts, 2-ounce olive oil and sea salt crackers, 1.4-ounce sweet and hot mustard, and 1.5-ounce raspberry hibiscus jam. Serves 12–16.
