This Wood Shapes Challenge Puzzle brings a timeless Russian shape puzzle into the modern era—no internet, computer, or electricity required. Handmade from natural pine wood, the 4" x 6" puzzle features 12 uniquely shaped pieces that fit together into a perfect rectangle. It assembles directly in its own case, with a sliding cover to keep the pieces secure when not in use.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

Digital printing sends artwork straight from file to the item — no plates or per-color screens — laying all colors down in a single pass. It carries photographs, gradients, drop shadows, and dense multi-color artwork at high resolution, reading as a flat image on the surface. A specific brand color is rendered as a close full-color process simulation rather than an exact spot ink, and on colored items the substrate shifts the appearance.
Laserone-time setup $60.00
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
