Description
The RPET Travel Tech Organizer is a flat, zip-free case built from RPET with FSC® paper elements and a magnetic closure. At 12 1/4" x 9" x 1/2", it holds a phone in the dedicated holder and keeps pens, cards, and small accessories in the multiple pockets and compartments.
The magnetic closure keeps the organizer shut during transit, so contents stay arranged rather than shifting loose in a bag. The slim 1/2" profile lets it slide into a carry-on, backpack, or tote without adding bulk.
Your artwork is applied by Screen Print or Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CP, giving you a choice between bold spot-color graphics and full-color photographic detail on the cover.

Screen Print pushes opaque spot-color ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, solid shapes and lettering, while Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CP bonds a thin full-color film that reproduces photographic and gradient artwork. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CPone-time setup $55.00 · Full color
Four-color-process heat transfer prints your design in CMYK onto a release film, then bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
