Description
The rPET 15-Can Cooler Bag is a compact, insulated tote made from recycled polyester. It holds up to 15 cans plus ice, and its waterproof, fully insulated construction keeps food and drinks chilled through commutes, work lunches, and travel days.
A front slip pocket and two side mesh pockets keep bottles and small items separated from the main compartment, while a top carrying handle and adjustable shoulder strap let you switch between hand and shoulder carry. The recycled polyester shell is built to stand up to daily use.

Your imprint is applied to the front panel of the cooler bag. Screen Print lays down crisp, opaque spot-color artwork; Heat Transfer bonds a smooth, thin spot-color layer that flexes with the fabric; Embroidery stitches a raised, textured mark into the material. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
