Description
The RovR® 24L Cooler Backpack is a soft-sided cooler bag built to carry food and drinks. Its exterior is 420D nylon ripstop with a water-repellent PU coating, and the interior liner is 420D nylon with a double TPU coating. Insulation combines 12 mm expanded polyethylene and XPE foam, and the cooler is rated to keep contents cold for up to 24 hours.
The wide-top opening makes loading and unloading easy, and the backpack has padded adjustable shoulder straps, a padded back panel and a top carry handle. Storage includes two mesh side pockets, a vertical zippered pocket and a top zippered pocket with fleece lining, along with a built-in bottle opener. YKK-branded TPU-coated zippers and the waterproof liner help keep the cold in and sand out. The backpack is offered in Light Blue, Charcoal and Orange.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
