The RovR® TravelR™ 24L Cooler Backpack is constructed with a 420D nylon ripstop exterior with a water-repellent PU coating, paired with YKK TPU-coated air-resistant zippers. Inside, ColdR™ Tech insulation—12mm expanded polyethylene and XPE foam—keeps contents cold for up to 24 hours, while the waterproof 420D nylon inner liner with double TPU coating keeps moisture and sand out.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
