Your logo is placed on the front face of the bag, offering a clean, visible branding surface. Screen Print applies crisp, opaque ink directly onto the leatherette, while Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patch creates a dimensional, etched patch. For bold logos with solid colors, Screen Print is ideal; for a more textured, etched look, choose the laser-etched patch.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Artwork is laser-etched into a leather or metallic-foil patch, which is then attached to the product with heat and pressure. The decoration reads as a dimensional branded patch — the etched mark is the natural tone of the patch material rather than printed ink, so the look comes from the patch color and texture, not from customer-selected imprint colors.
