Description
The Riley rPET 15 Can Cooler is a soft-sided cooler bag built from post-consumer recycled polyester, a fiber made by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources into new polyester. The interior lining, zipper, handle and buckle are not rPET. Inside, a PEVA lining with 5mm EPE forms the insulated main compartment, which closes with a double zipper and holds up to 15 cans.
Storage is split across a front pocket and a side mesh pocket, so small items and a drink stay separate from the main load. A detachable, adjustable shoulder strap and a carrying handle give two ways to move it, and the bag wipes clean with spot cleaning and air drying.

Your artwork is applied to the front of the cooler bag. Heat transfer bonds spot-color artwork to the surface as a smooth, thin applied layer that flexes with the material, while screen print lays crisp, opaque color directly on top of the material. Choose heat transfer for a low-profile mark that moves with the fabric, or screen print for bold solid shapes and simple lettering.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
