Description
The Pocket Partner™ Reversible Screwdriver Key Tag is a compact tool that keeps a screwdriver within reach on a keychain. Its reversible blade stores inside the body, and the split key ring attaches to keys or a bag loop. The blade covers both Phillips and slotted fasteners, so one small item handles two common drive types.
The body is made from a metal-plastic combination, and the tag measures 4.00" x 0.30". Your artwork is screen printed or applied as a full-color digital decal, giving you a choice between bold spot-color graphics and detailed full-color designs.

Screen Print pushes ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque color that sits on top of the material, while Digital Decal prints your design as a full-color adhesive decal applied to the surface. Choose Screen Print for bold spot-color artwork and simple lettering, or Digital Decal for full-color logos, photographs, and detailed artwork.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Digital Decalone-time setup $55.00 · Full color
A digital decal prints your design — including photographs, gradients, and fine multicolor artwork — onto adhesive vinyl or film, which is then applied cleanly to the product. Because it is printed digitally, every copy is identical edge to edge, and no heat or curing step is pressed into the product itself.

Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. - Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
