Your logo is imprinted on the side of the flashlight. Laser etching creates a permanent, recessed mark in the aluminum's own tone, ideal for fine line work and small text. Pad print applies a thin, flat layer of opaque ink that conforms to curved surfaces, supporting up to four colors for detailed artwork. For single-tone logos or fine details, laser etching is recommended; for multi-color designs, pad print is the better choice.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.
