Your artwork is applied to the front panel of the beanie. Screen Print lays down crisp, opaque spot-color ink for bold logos and lettering, while Direct to Film bonds a full-color, high-resolution transfer for photographic or gradient designs.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Direct-to-film printing lays CMYK ink and a white underbase onto a PET film, then heat-presses the image onto the garment as a flexible bonded layer, with no fabric pre-treatment. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork; the white base carries color on dark cloth. Color lands close to brand references as a process blend, with a smooth, slightly filmic hand.
