Materials and Construction
This toddler tee is made from 4.5-ounce, 100% combed ring-spun cotton fine jersey, with vintage heathered options in a 60/40 cotton/poly blend. The fabric is soft and breathable, ideal for everyday wear. Construction details include a ribbed collar, side seams, shoulder-to-shoulder taping, and coverstitched front and back yokes for a clean finish that holds up to active play.
Comfort and Branding
The EasyTear label can be removed for tag-free comfort, and the tearaway feature also creates a clean canvas for your own branded label. Contrasting stripes on the sleeves give the shirt a sporty, team-ready look, while double-needle stitching on sleeves and hem adds durability.
Sizing and Fit
Available in toddler sizes 2T through 5/6T, this unisex tee fits a range of little ones. The side-seamed construction helps maintain shape wash after wash.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your imprint is screen printed on the front or back of the tee, with ink applied directly to the fabric for crisp, opaque artwork. Screen Print — Dark Colors is the supported method, ideal for bold spot-color designs and simple lettering.
Screen Print — Dark Colors1 color/location included · one-time setup $30.00 · Up to 8 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
- Which artwork works best for screen printing?
- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
