This PVC patch is made from PET material molded in layers, giving it a durable, dimensional build that holds up through daily wear. Your artwork is embossed onto the face of the patch, rising from the surface as a raised relief with no added color. The process holds bold shapes and simple text well, though very fine lines and small type may soften as they round over the raised edge.

Embossing presses a heated die into the material under pressure, pushing the artwork up above the surface plane. No ink is used; the mark is formed in the material itself. The applied result is tonal and tactile: the logo stands proud of the surface, catches light along its raised edges, and casts soft shadow — felt under the fingertips and seen through highlight and shade.
