Description
The Prism Padholder is a 10" x 12" padfolio built around an UltraHide simulated leather cover with the soft hand and tonal depth of Nappa leather. Rounded corners and a two-tone treatment give the exterior a finished look, while the interior organizer keeps the working parts in order: three slant pockets, a wide-body pen holder, and an 8.5" x 11" writing pad with a matching privacy cover.
At 1.0 lb, it carries easily in a tote or briefcase, so it stays with the recipient rather than sitting in a drawer. The cover takes a Deboss, Screen Print, or Heat Transfer imprint, and the interior offers a second Deboss or Heat Transfer placement for a quieter mark.

Your artwork is placed on the front cover of the padholder, with a second, smaller placement available inside. Deboss presses a recessed, ink-free impression into the cover; Screen Print lays crisp, opaque spot color on top of the material; Heat Transfer bonds a smooth, thin spot-color layer that flexes with the cover. For bold, simple logos and type, Deboss carries the branding tonally; for solid spot-color shapes and lettering, Screen Print or Heat Transfer delivers flat, even color.
Debossone-time setup $75.00
Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transferone-time setup $85.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
