It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

Spot-color heat transfer prints each color of your design as its own premixed solid ink onto a film, then bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. Because every color goes down as one solid ink rather than a blend, edges stay crisp and fills stay even across the mark. The applied result is a smooth, thin bonded layer that flexes with the garment.
