Your imprint is placed on the chest or other flat surface of the tee. Screen printing applies ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque artwork, while embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric for a raised, textured finish. For bold spot-color logos and lettering, either method works well; choose screen printing for solid shapes and embroidery when a dimensional look is desired.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
