The Port & Co Fan Favorite Tee is made from 100% ring spun cotton in a 4.5-ounce fabric. Ring spinning twists the fibers into a finer, stronger yarn, giving the shirt a soft hand feel and a smooth surface that takes decoration well. The 1x1 rib knit collar and shoulder-to-shoulder back neck tape add structure and help the tee keep its shape through repeated wear and washing.

For Embroidery, your design is stitched directly into the fabric for a raised, textured finish. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
