This Port & Co tee is knit from a CVC blend of 60% cotton and 40% polyester, giving it a soft hand and a smooth surface for printing. The 1x1 rib knit neck and shoulder-to-shoulder taping add structure where it matters most, helping the shirt hold its shape through regular wear and washing.
Construction & Finish
A tear-away label removes easily for a clean, tag-free feel against the skin. The tubular body construction minimizes side seams for a streamlined look. Note that this style is transitioning from white to black tear-away labels, so your order may include a mix of both.

Your logo can be applied by screen printing or embroidery. Screen printing lays opaque ink directly on the fabric for bold, solid artwork, while embroidery adds a raised, textured mark with dimensional stitching.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
