This 1/4-zip is cut from a 4-ounce, 100% polyester double knit with a Silk Touch hand that feels soft against the skin. The fabric wicks moisture to keep active wearers dry, and its snag-resistant construction helps it stay presentable through repeated wear and washing.
Color and Comfort Details
PosiCharge technology locks in dye during manufacturing, so the color stays vibrant wash after wash. A cadet collar, contrast inner collar, and contrast collar binding add visual interest, while the tag-free label eliminates neck irritation.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge.
