Description
Materials and Construction
This full-zip jacket is crafted from a 7.7-ounce interlock knit that blends 89% recycled polyester with 11% spandex for stretch and recovery. The fabric is snag-resistant and moisture-wicking, with a UPF rating of 50+ to shield you from the sun. A forward shoulder seam supports natural arm movement, and the self-banded cuffs and hem keep the fit secure.
Design and Details
The jacket features a dyed-to-match, recycled, molded zipper with a rubber-tipped pull, angled front pockets with stitching detail, and a tag-free label for comfort. Its carbon footprint has been measured and reduced through preferred materials and carbon offset projects via the ClimeCo Certified Product Program.
Customization
Your logo can be embroidered directly into the fabric, creating a raised, textured mark that holds bold shapes and lettering cleanly. Embroidery is best for logos with solid color blocks and adds a dimensional finish to the jacket.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your logo is embroidered on the left chest or another flat surface of the jacket. Embroidery uses stitched thread to create a raised, textured mark that holds bold shapes and lettering cleanly.
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $35.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
