The Perka® Kempton Travel Mug is made from 18/8 food-grade stainless steel with a double wall vacuum insulated construction and copper lining. This combination keeps hot drinks hot for 18 hours and cold drinks cold for 36 hours, making it a reliable companion for road trips, travel, sports, and camping. The ergonomic handle and lightweight 1.5 lb body make it easy to carry, while the sleek shape fits most car cup holders.
Thoughtful details
The transparent lid features a spill-resistant slide closure for hot drinks, and a Tritan™ drinking straw is included for cold drinks. The large opening simplifies cleaning and adding ice. A durable powder coating helps prevent scratches, and the mug is FDA compliant and BPA free. Your logo is placed on the exterior body of the mug. Screen Print applies crisp, opaque ink for bold spot-color artwork; Laser — laserX (branded) etches a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone; Heat Transfer — Full Color lays down photographic, multi-color artwork with smooth gradients. For artwork with bold solid shapes and simple lettering, choose Screen Print. For fine line work or a permanent dimensional mark, choose Laser. For photographic or gradient-rich designs, choose Heat Transfer.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $62.50 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
