Recycled materials
The Perka® 15 oz. coffee mug has an inner wall of 20% recycled 18/8 stainless steel. Its outer wall and handle are made from a blend of 15% recycled coffee grounds and 85% recycled polypropylene, finished with a copper trim. It is available in Natural and Brown.
Features
A transparent push-on lid with a flip closure lets you keep an eye on beverage levels and reduces the risk of spills while you are on the move. An ergonomic handle and anti-slip silicone base round out the design, and the mug keeps drinks hot for 2 hours and cold for 8 hours. It is BPA-free and comes individually boxed in a brown gift box.

A portion of all proceeds is donated to Shelter to Soldier™, a non-profit organization that rescues dogs to train as service animals for veterans in need.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. - Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
