Description
Sustainable Construction
The Perka® Barbarossa Tumbler is built with sustainability in mind. Its outer shell blends 15% recycled coffee grounds with 85% recycled polypropylene, while the inner wall uses post-consumer recycled 18/8 stainless steel. This combination reduces waste and supports a healthier planet without compromising on durability.
Everyday Functionality
The 24 oz. capacity suits daily hydration needs. A screw-top lid with dual flip closures lets you sip hot drinks through the sipper hole or use the included reusable straw with a soft silicone tip for cold beverages. The wide mouth opening simplifies cleaning, and the anti-slip silicone base adds stability.
Branding and Impact
Your logo can be screen printed on the tumbler's surface, creating a crisp, opaque imprint. Each tumbler arrives in an individual brown gift box, ready for presentation. Additionally, a portion of proceeds supports Shelter to Soldier™, a nonprofit that trains rescued dogs as service animals for veterans.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your logo is screen printed onto the outer surface of the tumbler. Screen printing applies crisp, opaque color directly on the material, ideal for bold spot-color artwork and simple lettering.
Screen Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $62.50 · Up to 1 color
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
- Which artwork works best for screen printing?
- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
