Screen printing applies bold, opaque ink directly onto the plastic, while direct-to-garment printing produces full-color artwork with smooth tonal blends. For simple spot-color designs, screen printing is the best choice; for photographic or gradient artwork, direct-to-garment printing delivers the detail.

The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

DIGIBRITE is a digital full-color imprint, applying photographs, gradients, and multi-color artwork directly onto the item in a single printing pass. Color is converted to a full-color process and rendered as the closest achievable match rather than an exact brand color, and it prints most vividly on white or light items.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
