Description
The Pelican™ Dayventure Cooler Backpack is a soft-sided cooler built around two compartments: an insulated dry-storage top and a 6-can cooler compartment lined with high-density closed-cell foam. The outer shell is water-resistant and tear-proof, so the pack holds up through rain and rough handling.
A compression molded base gives the bag structure and keeps it standing when set down. Padded shoulder straps, a padded back, a rubberized carry handle and a front grab handle make a loaded pack easier to carry, and a wide roll top opening gives clear access to the main compartment.
Small items stay organized in the mesh pocket inside the top compartment and in the outside front pocket. Your screen printed artwork sits on the shell in crisp, opaque color.

Your artwork is screen printed onto the shell of the backpack, where ink is pushed through a mesh stencil to leave crisp, opaque color sitting on top of the material.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. - Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
