Your logo is imprinted on the top face of the wooden pallet coaster. Pad printing applies a thin, opaque ink layer that conforms to the wood surface, while laser engraving etches a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone. For detailed artwork, pad printing is best; for a single-tone, permanent mark, laser engraving is ideal.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.
Laserone-time setup $60.00
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

- Production: 7 business days after proof approval. Production time is for the default single-location, one-color imprint. It may increase for multiple imprint locations, additional colors, and large product quantities. Add 24 hours for your free digital proof.
