Your artwork is applied to the kit's surface using heat transfer. Choose from Heat Transfer — Full Color, Heat Transfer — Domed Decal, or Heat Transfer — Direct to Substrate for vibrant, full-color results, or Laser for a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone. For full-color methods, photographic and gradient-rich artwork reproduces best; for laser, single-tone logos and fine line work are ideal.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.

Domed Decal (also doming or 3D resin label): a full-color printed adhesive label finished with a clear polyurethane resin that cures into a raised dome over the artwork. The result is a lens-like gloss surface with real physical depth — saturated color sealed against scratches, moisture, and UV fading. Color renders as a full-color process blend that comes close to brand-color references but does not match exact spot inks.

Full-color direct-to-substrate printing jets CMYK ink (plus white for dark or clear items) straight onto the item and cures it instantly with UV light, with no intermediate decal. Color is a full-color process blend close to brand references rather than exact spot inks.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
