Description
The Non-Woven School Pouch is a 5" x 9" zip pouch built from 80GSM non-woven fabric. The zipper runs across the top, so pencils, pens, erasers and small classroom supplies stay contained whether the pouch rides in a backpack or sits in a desk.
The pouch carries a CPSIA certification and is made in Mexico. At 0.2 lbs, it adds little weight to a backpack or a shipped kit, and the non-woven fabric wipes clean with a damp cloth.
Your artwork is applied to the pouch face with Screen Print, Heat Transfer, or Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CP, so a school name, logo or message can be reproduced in the method that suits the artwork.

Screen Print lays crisp, opaque spot-color ink on the surface; Heat Transfer bonds a smooth, thin spot-color film that flexes with the fabric; Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CP reproduces photographic, gradient-rich or many-color artwork as a bonded full-color film. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Four-color-process heat transfer prints your design in CMYK onto a release film, then bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
