Eco-Friendly Construction
This cooler bag is made from 100% recycled polyester (rPET), a fiber created by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources. Your logo is applied to the front face of the bag. Both heat transfer and screen print are available. Heat transfer is best for solid spot-color artwork needing a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the material. Screen print is best for bold spot-color artwork and simple lettering needing strong opaque coverage.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
