Description
This non-woven cooler bag is made from post-consumer recycled materials, using recycled polyester (rPET) obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources to create new polyester fiber. The zipper and handle are not rPET.
A PEVA lining works with the zippered main compartment, which holds up to 6 cans, and a front pocket adds storage. The bag measures 8 in wide by 5.5 in deep by 6 in high and carries by 21 in web handles. Spot clean and air dry.

Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
