Description
The Moleskine® Cahier Plain Large Journal is a lightweight journal for day-to-day use. It has a cardboard cover with visible stitching, plain acid-free paper and a flap pocket on the inside back cover. The journal contains 80 pages (40 sheets), and the last 16 sheets are perforated.
The journal is available in Black and Kraft. It measures 5 in deep by 8.25 in high by 0.1875 in wide and weighs 0.26 lb. Each notebook is packaged with a Moleskine branded ivory paper band and is individually shrink wrapped. It is made in Vietnam and is supplied as a PVC-free product.

Foil stamping (hot stamping) presses a thin metallic foil onto the surface with a heated metal die, bonding it where the die makes contact and leaving a shallow pressed-in impression. The mark reads as a single reflective metallic tone: it throws light at some angles and darkens to an outline of itself at others, giving the logo depth against the base. Solid shapes and bold lettering hold cleanly; very fine lines and small text can soften as the foil seats under pressure.
